One of my new favorite hobbies to express my creativity and add some day to day glamour is Nail Art. A few months ago I finally figured out how to come up with some fun but easy way to glamorously paint my own nails using stickers, glitter, polish, and whatever came to mind really! You know, the criteria for a woman to be desired & admired by both her own kind and the opposite sex is a lot more varied and perfectly attainable than you may think. A hot girl can come in a body that is large, small, or anything in between. She can have long limbs, big feet, fine hair, and gapped teeth. Any number of hot qualities and traits she possesses fit nicely into her multifaceted personality right alongside shyness or nerdiness or quirkily snorting when she laughs.

To be a hot girl it doesn’t matter if you are 19 or 90.

My mom got me to think critically about my tops and bottoms. With questions like the one above I came to understand how my outfits needed to work. One of the best educations I’ve received from her involved looking my best when I went out into the world. Thanks to her timely advice I stopped dressing like a spaz so I can be taken seriously. Since Mother’s Day is coming up I’ve been wondering how much of my own personality has been influenced by my mom’s. Am I my own mothers daughter? If not how has her example affected my life and values?  What of that of my girlfriends?
