#365daystyle: How to Style Yourself in Fast Fashion Pt. 2

In part 1 of How to Style Yourself in Fast Fashion I gave you a few easy ways to get yourself into a rockin outfit and out the door. Now that the weather is cooling down you’ve got even more options and can get into the whole layering thing. Thankfully more options doesn’t mean you’re spending more time to pull off a glam ensemble. It just means more ways to Quickstyle ;) So here’s some more ways to work it:
Quickstyle Tip 4: Scarf it Down - Scarves are super versatile – wear them in your hair, wear them as a belt, wear them draped around your neck in real “necklace” fashion! You can even go wild and wear a particularly long and wide one as a top, if you dare. Either way you wear it, a scarf gives you instant chic. Quickstyle Tip 5: Hitch Up That Skirt!
This can be a great time saver when going from day to night if you happen to be wearing a *long skirt already during the day. Just hitch that skirt up and wear as a dress or long tunic tube top! And don’t worry about the length of leg this look reveals. The right hosiery make the skirt as mini dress super classy and chic not trashy. Afterward you can layer on a jacket, or wrap a belt around the waist. *Note, this technique only really works with skirts that can be slipped on – such as with an elastic waist. Quickstyle Tip 6: Jack[et] Up
Sometimes all your outfit needs is for you to ‘throw on a jacket’. Or a cardigan if you prefer. This takes 2 seconds so it’s fashion in flash. And now’s the season to layer on the cardigans, suit jackets, or even shrugs with aplomb! Bring out your classic cuts and pair them with new styles or splurge on the latest trend in cut and shape such as this season’s military styles such as the (super affordable) one’s below:
